Emergency contacts are the people you want notified if you press the button or if a fall is detected. You can add up to 5 contacts.

  • For each contact, provide their name, phone number, and relationship to you
  • Contacts will be called in the order you specify them
  • Primary contact should always be someone available during the day
  • Include multiple contacts in case some are unavailable
  • You can update your emergency contacts at any time through your online account or by calling 1-800-297-0954
  • Each contact will be notified about being listed and what to expect in an emergency

Tip: Choose contacts who know your medical history and are calm in emergencies. Include one local contact if possible.
